The Chateau Thomas Winery produces over 50 diverse Vinifera wines using grapes from the West Coast. Each wine product is fashioned with unique concentration and complexity for an intense rich flavor, elegance and texture, all fermented into a traditional French style. Owners of the winery have also published a statewide-distributed cookbook titled, "The Chateau Thomas Table, pairing to perfection".
On-site, the Chateau Thomas Winery has a gift shop of more than 2,000 items, an outdoor entertainment facility, 2 satellite locations in central Indiana and a 4,000 square foot banquet facility.
